Addiction to iPhone (Causes and Consequences)

Apps in the iPhone is the reason why people addict to this smartphone.

Causes of iPhone Addiction

For many, the iPhone addiction is more about the apps than the phone. iPhone addiction is fueled by apps like Facebook and Twitter for iPhone. Now you can check your email, post to your wall and tweet all from the comfort of your pocket-sized, touch screen keyboard. You can check the weather, get directions across town or around the world and conduct your banking. Users can play games, listen to music and watch videos. News, sports scores and updates and photography have made the gizmos indispensable and created the phenomenon of iPhone addiction.

Consequences of iPhone Addiction

All kidding aside, iPhone addiction can have serious consequences. Many states have passed laws against cell phone usage while driving because of the number of people who have been involved in traffic accidents while chatting, surfing or texting. The result of iPhone addiction by a roommate, spouse or significant other. Feeling neglected by a loved one who prefers his iPhone over you can have damaging effects for a relationship.

Lost time at work is on the rise as a result of iPhone addiction. The palm-sized devices can be looked at all day long without drawing a lot of attention and business owners are demanding employees leave the phones in their cars or lockers. The teenage Taiwanese case study mentioned above stayed up all night surfing the Internet, missed school and stared at his iPhone 24 hours a day. These kinds of behaviors can have serious consequences: lost jobs, health issues and accidents to name a few.

Smile Can Bring Happiness?

Smile!  =)

Give out a genuine and whole-hearted smile, the smile that comes from within you. People can tell if you are smiling just for the act of it. In order to give out a genuine smile for everybody you can think of happy thoughts, love people and your life,
• A smile can bring about happier life outcomes. Because a smile should come from within, it can also show that you are happy within. With more positive emotions, you can attract good health, friends, happiness, success and even longer life.
• A smile can mean so much even without saying anything. A smile can make some things right again. Like  when you feel alone or lost or when you accidentally said things less complimentary, one smile can make it okay. It’s a gesture that can be perceived that you are willing on setting things right.
• Smile to feel good. There are times that you feel down or stressed. Try thinking of happy thoughts and put on that smile, and you’ll feel better. It can trick your mind to cover the negative feelings you were having.
• Smile to make others feel good. Like what was said, it is contagious. When you see a person smiling, even if there’s nothing for you to smile about, you can’t help but feel better also. You feel better yourself when you see someone smile or show happiness. When you give out a smile for everybody, you can also have this effect on them.

Jewish Propaganda

Face of Jewish that represent propaganda

The Jews have spent millions of man hours and billions of dollars propagandizing the American public in ways that can be very useful to us. The only obstacle we need to overcome is the fact that the Jews have scapegoated non-Jews for Jewish crimes. Fortunately, we have the sharp weapon of the truth with which to cut down their lies.

The Jews' favorite propaganda weapon is the "Holocaust". We can legitimately hold a mirror up to the Jew and use their propaganda to our advantage.

Another favorite weapon of the Jews is to portray the racist apartheid nation of Israel as if it were a democracy under attack from Islam.

The Jews portray themselves as if victims of race hatred. They have conditioned Americans to have an immediate and violent negative reaction to racism.

We must show people that Jews are the racist aggressors, not the victims of racist aggression. We must use the Jews' own propaganda to our advantage. The Jews have conditioned people to react without critical thought to certain images. If we associate those images with Jews, then people will react as they should to the hostility and murderous aspirations of the Jewish People.

We should show people that the Jews view themselves as if superior to all others. We should encourage people to unite against the common Jewish enemy. In this way, the Jews' cries of racism against all other people will not ring true. While the Jew is pitting blacks against whites and Muslims, we should be uniting all people against the hostile Jew. They will have no defense and their hypocrisy will condemn them to the fate they wish upon all others.

Apple vs Android? Which one is better?

Back in the day, a "smart" phone was one that let you manage a calendar and e-mails. Now, the IQ test is more rigorous.
Apple has a commanding lead over all other smart phone platforms with 230,000 and counting in the App Store. But Google's Android platform now claims 70,000. There may be a big difference between the two, but it's not felt in all categories. In 10 of the most important app categories, iPhone and Android duke it out.
Apple vs Android
The iPhone's huge app count doesn't help it in certain situations. After all, Apple only just bestowed multitasking to its development community, something programmers have been working with on Android for a couple of years. Also, iPhones don't run widgets — an extension of an app that appears on an Android phone's home screen. When it comes to music and social networking, widgets mean a huge advantage.
But Android suffers in other ways. Because the OS is freely available to anyone who builds hardware, carriers sell Android phones with a variety of screen sizes and processor speeds. This makes game designers in particular kinda twitchy, especially since they know that a new iPhone will only come out once a year, setting a new top-bar standard when it does.

Pirates of The Silicon Valley represents Steve Jobs and Bill Gates

The movie while based on historical fact, did alter things a bit for dramatic reasons. The Movie begins with IBM in the early 1980's, the big brother in the computer world that everyone else feared.

Steve Jobs along with his friend who he calls "Waz" delight in working with computers. They eventually form their own company, Apple Computers and begin making computers in a garage.

Bill Gates formed a company called Microsoft that made software such as operating systems. During one key meeting with IBM, Bill Gates sells IBM on the idea of using Microsoft's new operating system "DOS" as the operating system for all IBM machines

Over at Microsoft, Bill Gates fears Apple's expansive growth, and travels to Apple headquartes to talk of an alliance. Bill weasels his way into the heart of Steve Jobs, Apples founder and has access to Apples new machines. After reverse engineering and a few modifications, Windows is born. Apple discovers this during a speech touting Apples new advertisement campaign for the Macintosh. Bill Gates yells at Steve Jobs for the first time. The great rivalry between Windows, and Mac is born.

In the movie Steve Jobs split his company, Apple into two camps. One the old Apple computer camp, and the other the new Macintosh development camp. After seeing this effect on the company, Steve Jobs is forced to leave his position at Apple. Years later the movie picks up with Steve Jobs back in command of Apple who now has partnered with Microsoft and Bill Gates This was a made for TV movie by Turner but it was an excellent movie.

What Does “Happy” Mean?

The picture represents me when i'm happy

For me, “Happy” doesn’t mean the same as, say, “contented”. I suspect that our experience of happiness differs because of our definition of happiness.

Is happiness an absence of bad stuff – or a presence of good stuff? Is happiness a mood? Is it an emotional state? Is it something that happens to us, or something which we do?

The closest I can get to explaining happiness at the moment is to say that it’s what makes me come alive.

I’m happy when I listening to my favorite song, when I get to hang out with awesome people, when I’m immersed in my own imaginary worlds or imaginary worlds created by other people. Happiness means doing something worthwhile (to me). By that, I don’t mean what the world might call “worthwhile” – but simply finishing the day and thinking I did some great stuff today – whether that’s working on a cool project or partying or seeing an awesome movie or learning something new.

How Christianity was the catalyst of the Holocaust

Picture of Holocaust corpses

Hitler’s anti-Semitism grew out of his Christian education.  Austria and Germany were majorly Christian during his time and they held the belief that Jews were an inferior status to Aryan Christians.  The Christians blamed the Jews for the killing of Jesus.  Jewish hatred did not actually spring from Hitler, it came from the preaching of Catholic priests and Protestant ministers throughout Germany for hundreds of years.  The Protestant leader, Martin Luther, himself, held a livid hatred for Jews and their Jewish religion.  In his book, “On the Jews and their Lies,” Luther set the standard for Jewish hatred in Protestant Germany up until World War 2.  Hitler expressed a great admiration for Martin Luther constantly quoting his works and beliefs.
Now, you must remember before Hitler rose to Chancellor of Germany the country was in a deep economic depression due to the Versailles treaty.  The Versailles treaty demanded that Germans made financial reparations for the previous war and Germany simply was not self sufficient enough in order to pay the debt. Hitler was the leader that raised Germany out of the depression and brought them back to a world recognized power.  Due to his annulment of the financial woes of the Germanic people he became their redeemer and they anointed him as the leader of the German Reich Christian Church in 1933.  This placed him in power of the German Christian Socialist movement which legislates their political and religious agendas. It united all denominations, mainly the Protestant/Catholic and Lutheran people to instill faith in a national Christianity.

Mein Kampf - The Memoir of Adolf Hitler

Mein Kampf (“My Struggle”)

Adolf Hitler, the dictator of Nazi Germany from 1933 to 1945, wrote the first volume of Mein Kampf (“My Struggle”) while imprisoned Bavaria after his failed attempt to seize power in Munich in November, 1923. Published in the summer of 1925, it was followed by the second volume in December, 1926. The book presents Hitler’s Social Darwinist worldview and reveals his hatred of Jews and bolshevists. The German government did not restrict the publication or sale of Mein Kampf, but the book did not become a best-seller until 1930.

In 1939 a complete and unabridged English translation of Mein Kampf by Ralph Manheim that included scholarly notes was published. It became the book’s standard English translation in the United States both before and after World War II. After 1945—when Hitler’s “Thousand-year Reich” was in ashes—Germany’s Bavarian state, which acted as legal executor of Nazi property, refused permission to publish Mein Kampf in Germany. German booksellers who attempted to sell copies of the book were charged with unconstitutional acts. Not until 1979 did Germany’s highest court rule that the book could be publicly sold. Literary critic Fritz J. Raddatz opposed this ruling because he thought the book too dangerous.

Hutchinson Publishing, the British publishing house that held the British copyright to Mein Kampf, also faced massive opposition to its decision to reissue the book in 1969. The firm’s chairman, Sir Robert Lusty, was opposed by his board, the West German government, and the Board of Deputies of British Jews. However, the Council of Christians and Jews supported the publication of the new edition. This organization, like many scholars, contended that making Mein Kampf freely available would help to expose Hitler’s brutal racist philosophy.

Steve Jobs - Behind The Scene

Steve Jobs- smile in front camera, but only people that worked with him know  his true colors.

As we all know, Steve Jobs is a father in technology. He just like Bob Dylan in machinery world. All people in this very world admire Steve. That's what we know. Behind the scene, Steve Jobs is very different man. Here some of bad things that Steve Jobs do:

  • - Steve Jobs did not donate to charity, unlike other known tech personalities.
    • -
    • Steve Jobs denied paternity on his first child, claiming it is not his daughter.
      • - Treated Woz in an arrogant way, lied to him,  despite Woz being the main contributor to Apple.
        • - He stole a liver from a man just to add a couple of months to his own.
          • - Steve Jobs used heavy marketing and exploited the ignorant and hipsters into buying overpriced hardware. Every
          • tech savvy person knows this. Feel free to search the Internet on how overpriced and shitty the Apple hardware is.
            • - Steve Jobs lied a lot about the iPhone 4 antenna problem
            • .
              • - Steve Jobs copied other ideas, modified them, added marketing as usual and claimed them as “innovations” Example:Facetime. Nokia has had video calling years before.
                • - Steve Jobs was the CEO of a company that is ruining technology and real innovation by patent trolls.
                  • - Steve Jobs would park in areas reserved for handicapped people.
                    • - He “sent” the police to raid the house of a blogger who supposedly “stole” an iPhone 4 prototype.

Facebook Can be a Platform of Education

Facebook is one the most popular websites that offers social-networking today with more than 800 million users around the world. Online social-networking is just like how people come together for some activities, form groups, have discussions, share photographs, and so on. Similarly, a website enables all these activities by various applications, for example photo sharing, video uploading, and many more. Because of that, in this era, facebook can be one of the learning method that can help the teachers nowadays.
Students can use fecebook as a education equipment.

Nowadays, students are signing into their Facebook accounts more than they're doing their homework. If you can create an account that your students can follow, you can share information and important reminders with them quickly, and you can be sure they're getting the message. If they need help in doing their homework, they can go to your page and easily asked you there.  If they need an extra reminder to study for a big test, they'll get it by looking at your updates or checking a message from you. If they have a question that isn't answered on the site, they can message you on Facebook.

Researcher also found that facebook not only can be used in education but it can help the students achievement. Professor Christine Greenhow of University of Maryland has found that students build important bonds when they connect with school friends on social networking sites.
“When kids feel connected and have a strong sense of belonging to the school community, they do better in school,” said Greenhow, an education professor. “They persist in school at higher rates and achieve at higher rates. It’s pretty promising that engaging in social networking sites could help them to develop and deepen their bonds over time.”

In conclusion, facebook can be the other equipment that helping the teachers in their teaching method and also can help the students to achieve a better grades.

Timeline can be the reason to Quit Facebook?

According to Danah m Boyd (University of  California-Berkeley), social network sites can be defined as web-based services that allow individuals to construct a public or semi-public profile within a bounded system, articulate a list of other users with whom they share a connection, and  view and traverse their list of connections and those made by others within the system. The nature and nomenclature of these connections may vary from site to site

Mark Zuckenberg, the owner of facebook
I could blame  on the launch of timeline on Facebook why are the people start to quit facebook . Timeline was first implement to profile page that was launched September 2011. Facebook Timeline  for profile page was announced by the Facebook owner Mark Zuckerberg and will be implemented to all facebook pages effective 31st March 2012.

One of the main reason that people dislike about this timeline is that no more custom landing page. You can't create a customized landing page for your page for fans and non-fan. The second one  that people hate about timeline is that Facebook Cover Limitation. It not allowed your friends to post contact information and call to action in the picture. Number three is that Facebook Timeline look fill up. Its look is confusing which may turn off some people to view your page.

According to what Eric Leist, a facebook user, he said, The facebook timeline will allow users to put their entire information (lives) on the site. Mark Zuckerberg says in his speech that you can “tell the whole story of your life on a single facebook page.”

With  all the respects, facebook timeline is one of the main reason why people start quitting facebook.
